How to qualify for your 'Free Camping Weekend Away':

• Step 1 – Purchase a new or used motorhome or caravan from any of the participating trade stands at the UK Motorhome & Caravan Spring Fair 2012 (indicated by the stickers as shown). Ensure you receive proof of purchase (ie written receipt) from the trade stand.
• Step 2 – Take your proof of purchase to show sponsor Grove & Dean Insurance Specialists, located indoors within the George Stephenson Exhibition Hall (Stand Number 27).
• Step 3 – Obtain a no-obligation insurance quote for your purchased caravan or motorhome from Grove & Dean insurance specialists.
• Step 4 – Receive a free camping weekend voucher from Grove & Dean. This is valid for weekend camping at either the Summer Fair or Autumn Fair (valued at £40), along with details of how to make your booking with organisers Event Developments Ltd.

1) This offer is only available from participating trade stands attending The UK Motorhome & Caravan Spring Fair 2012 at Newark Showground on Saturday 24th & Sunday 25th March 2012. Participation in this offer is at the discretion of the trade stand.

2) The named customer must obtain a free no-obligation insurance quote for their purchased caravan or motorhome from show sponsors Grove & Dean whilst at the Spring Fair.

3) The free weekend camping voucher is non-transferrable and non-refundable – they can be redeemed by the named customer only.

4) This offer is presented by Event Developments Ltd.

5) The free weekend voucher may only be redeemed in advance against camping for the 2012 UK Motorhome Summer Fair or the 2012 UK Motorhome & Caravan Autumn Fair.

6) The weekend camping voucher entitles the named customer to a free pitch at the Summer Fair or Autumn Fair, valued at £40 in advance. This includes on-site camping for 2 adults, show access and free evening entertainment. Any additional requirements (for example additional adult camping tickets) must be paid in full.
